The Digital Assessment Exam, also referred to as the DAX, is a school readiness exam that gives institutions of higher learning the ability to assess a student's ability to learn in a digital environment. The Digital Assessment Exam (DAX) will test students on three major areas of school readiness.

To successfully use Digital Assessment Exam, you must:
Have Internet access with a 28.8K modem or faster. (A minimum 56k modem is recommended to download components such as audio files.)

Digital Assessment Exam is a tool which helps you determine your level of readiness for taking online or technology rich courses. On the next few web pages you will be asked questions on topics in the areas of how well you can use a computer; how motivated, organized, and self-directed you are; how you prefer to learn new information; and you will even be able to measure your on-screen reading rate and recall.
But relax, Digital Assessment Exam is fun. Digital Assessment Exam is being provided by your school to help you better understand your strengths and weaknesses better as you prepare to learn online. Digital Assessment Exam is a tool to help you succeed!
After completing Digital Assessment Exam you will view a webpage which will show you your scores in easy to interpret graphs and text. In addition to that, you may receive an email from your institution letting you know about sources for support in the areas in which you could use some assistance.

KaneCode is a service provider to educational institutions that (i) helps these organizations measure the readiness and performance of their learners, faculty, and programs, (ii) helps these organizations measure student readiness f or online or self-regulated learning, competency based education, basic math skills, writing skills, and faculty readiness to teach online courses, (iii ) provides a suite of proctoring solutions including a proctoring management system that organizes and manages all proctoring modalities including-virtu al testing center, virtual proctoring, in-person proctoring, and automated proctoring, and (iv) provides other learning management system based services including identity authentication.
